Architect

Architecture is both the process and product of planning, designing and construction. Architectural works, in the material form of buildings, are often perceived as cultural symbols and as works of art. Historical civilizations are often identified with their surviving architectural achievements. The architecture is an ancient science used to plan habitable and working requirement of the society from many centuries.

Need of Architecture:

Earlier, the term architecture was mainly used to plan different requirements of the concerned person in available size of land as per rules and regulation framed by the local body. The growing use of society is expecting much more from architect , rather placement of different areas in the available piece of land, i.e to keep all areas in good proportion with proper placement of door and window which will allow proper placement of furniture.

Modern Architecture

But these days architecture has been modernized. Since the 1980s, as the complexity of buildings began to increase (in terms of structural systems, services, energy and technologies), the field of architecture became multi-disciplinary with specializations for each project type, technological expertise or project delivery methods. Therefore, ideas have been developed where architect and interior has to work together to get the maximum satisfaction or utilization of the space. We call this concept as interior based architecture , where first we are planning for good interiors and then we are finally designing our architecture plan. The pursuit of effective use of space, user well-being and functional design has contributed to the development of the contemporary interior design profession.

These days there is a huge requirement of interior design and architecture.It is a combined process of vastu, furniture, interior and exterior decoration and the architecture.The interactive approach is the only way to create an interior that’s right for the space and right for the client. Residential design is the design of the interior of private residences. As this type design is very specific for individual situations, the needs and wants of the individual are paramount in this area of interior design. The interior designer may work on the project from the initial planning stage or may work on the remodelling of an existing structure. It is often a very involved process that takes months to fine tune and create a space with the vision of the client. Interior design was previously seen as playing a secondary role to architecture. It also has many connections to other design disciplines, involving the work of architects, industrial designers, engineers, builders, craftsmen, etc. But these days it works in par with architecture.
